Summary

• Raise the application version to 1.0.0 so the release workflow accepts the 1.0.0 tag; scripts/release.sh refuses a tag that differs from mix.exs.

Changes

• mix.exs: version 0.1.0 to 1.0.0.

Verification

• mix format --check-formatted and mix compile --warnings-as-errors pass on the SQLite backend.
• The development images workflow builds both images as 1.0.0-dev.<sha> for this branch.
