Summary

A manual run of preview-cleanup ignored its branch input: on workflow_dispatch, github.event.ref is the ref the run was started on (refs/heads/main), so BRANCH was always main, which matches no PR. Run 260's log shows no pull requests from branch 'main'.

Changes

BRANCH is inputs.branch for workflow_dispatch and the deleted ref for delete events.

Verification

actionlint 1.7.7: clean.
The delete event path is unchanged; it uses github.event.ref, whose refs/heads/<name> shape was checked earlier against Forgejo 15.0.9.
Not run on the live forge yet: after merge, dispatch with branch=ci/renovate-custom-charts and dry_run on, read the log, then run it for real.
